Brandon Dang

Brandon Dang is a Kinesiologist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence, mobility, and quality of life through intelligent exercise and movement training.

With a strong interest in biomechanics, human movement, and long-term physical resilience, Brandon focuses on building strength, balance, coordination, and confidence so clients can continue doing the activities they enjoy for years to come. His approach combines evidence-based strength training with practical movement strategies that help the body better handle the demands of everyday life.

Brandon believes that strength is one of the most important investments a person can make as they age. Through personalized programs tailored to each individual’s abilities and goals, he helps clients improve mobility, reduce fall risk, enhance balance, and develop the physical capacity needed to remain active and independent throughout their lives.

His mission is simple: help people build stronger, more capable bodies that can handle life’s loads with confidence and freedom.

Outside of his professional practice, Brandon enjoys exploring the North Shore mountains through hiking and backcountry adventures, as well as snowboarding throughout British Columbia. His passion for movement and physical performance extends beyond the clinic and reflects his belief that an active lifestyle can be enjoyed at any age.

What our patients say

The team has been so helpful and supportive in the care for both my dad and mom . They have adapted, advised and worked around challenges to continue to support my parents at home .

Rohit S.

My mom continues to receive care from the Provectus Team. She sees Brandon regularly for exercise sessions, which have made her stronger and helped lower her risk of falling.

Recently, she began seeing Rosanne for acupuncture, massage, and cupping to relieve tight muscles and pain in the lower part of her body. Not long after starting treatment, she pulled a muscle near her knee. Thankfully, Rosanne was able to treat the pain and inflammation effectively with acupuncture and massage. One month later, she’s feeling much better—about 90% recovered.

The Provectus Team has played a key role in supporting my mom’s independence. Thanks to their care, she has been able to remain safely at home.
